After watching a couple videos about Hira Ratan Manek (lecture 1, lecture 2) I decided to take up sun gazing. First I downloaded an iOS app to establish my vision baseline. Then after taking notes I started the gazing protocol. At the time of this writing I have completed three days worth. Today I will gaze for 40 seconds. The idea is to slowly (in 10 seconds/day increments) build up to 2,700 seconds. Due to weather constraints it will most likely take more than 9 months to reach that number. Part of my interest in gazing stems from the interactions between Don Elkins, Carla Ruckert, Jim McCarty and the Ra Group. In the Ra Material, The Law of One, it was channeled that the sun creates the reality that is experienced on earth. The Ra Group tried to communicate this to those who lived in Km.t (Aigyptos). This information over time was encoded into writing as the “royal way” and later became known as the tarot.
